Zach leads the design of patient and provider facing applications, incorporating behavioral neuroscience principles into a human centered UX design process to create consumer grade digital health products that are effective at modifying patient and physician behavior. He has helped academic researchers, startups, and mature healthcare organizations to better serve patients and providers across the healthcare ecosystem including through Population Health, Digital Therapeutics, and Clinical Decision Support.

With more than 10 years of healthcare development experience, Doug leads technical architecture, security, and engineering team management at Vessel Partners. Doug has experience leading the development of HIPAA complaint products, integrating with major EHRs, and developing for FHIR and healthcare data standards. He’s helped small startups and large organizations deploy and scale effective solutions spanning Telehealth, E-prescribing, Clinical Decision Support, Clinical Data Exchange, and Real World Data.
